By using the eldoradogroup.net website ("the Site"), operated by Eldorado Agency S.r.l., you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not continue browsing.
2. Our services
Eldorado Agency S.r.l. provides digital communication and marketing services, including — by way of example — specialised artificial intelligence training, augmented reality advertising campaigns, Web3 and NFT projects, content production and events. Information on the Site, including case studies and past projects, is provided for illustrative purposes only and does not constitute a binding contractual offer.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, images, video, code, logos, trademarks and project materials — is owned by Eldorado Agency S.r.l. or its licensors and is protected under Italian and European copyright and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution or reuse, in whole or in part, without the Data Controller's written authorisation is prohibited.
4. AI-generated content
The Site includes images and videos created using generative artificial intelligence tools: these include illustrations on the homepage and on the pages of some services (Specialised Training, Tailor-Made Projects, Holo, ARVertise and their related internal sections). Such content is flagged in the footer of every page with the official "AI GENERATED" icon made available by the European Commission, in accordance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the "AI Act").
Text on the Site, while also drafted with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools, is always reviewed, edited and approved by Eldorado Agency S.r.l. staff before publication.
5. Acceptable use
By using the Site, you agree to:
- use it lawfully and in accordance with applicable law;
- avoid impairing the Site's operation or other users' access to it;
- provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information whenever requested (for example, in the contact form).
6. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, LinkedIn or WhatsApp). Eldorado Agency S.r.l. has no control over these websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or the consequences of using them.
7. Limitation of liability
